DSM

The DSM thickness grinding machine can be used to surface grind intermediate rings quickly, precisely and with maximum flatness (0.001 mm). The machines are mainly used in the assembly of bearing spacers. Time-consuming lapping is no longer necessary. Our surface grinding machine is mainly used by machine manufacturers and companies that offer spindle overhauls. The development of the DSM began as a “special machine”. Today, the machine has become standard equipment in the machinery of many companies around the world.

The basic machine can be equipped with various options:

Option N	Wet grinding device with hood
Option P	Automatic pendulum stroke
Option ASN	Device for face grinding of spindle noses of the ready mounted motor spindles (incl. drive and tool clamping)
